Red Velvet Cupcakes are a festive favorite amongst Southerners.  The combination of red food coloring and cocoa provides a deep, red color; buttermilk is the key ingredient in keeping them moist; and it is then finished with cream cheese icing and red sanding sugar.

Pecan Pralines are the signature candy of New Orleans, and have been referred to as 'discs of pure joy'.  They are made using butter, brown sugar, vanilla, milk, and pecans.  $25.00 for window-packaged gift box.
